How can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, hit us up at support@mantlabel.com as quickly as possible. We can only cancel orders before they’ve been processed and shipped. If your package is already on the way, no stress – you can return it after delivery.

During busy times, replies may take a little longer – don’t forget to also check your spam folder.

PAYMENT

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Shop Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna.

What should I do if my payment doesn’t go through?

First, try clearing your cache & cookies or using a different payment method. If it still doesn’t work, contact us at support@mantlabel.com and we’ll help you
out.

SHIPPING

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Germany, across Europe, as well as to Switzerland, Norway,
and the United Kingdom. As a young brand, we are still growing and will expand
step by step. We’ll let you know as soon as new regions are available.

How long does shipping take?
  • Germany: 1–3 business days
  • European Union: 5–7 business days
  • Rest: 5–7 business days

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking link to follow your package.

Are there any shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location:

  • Germany: 5,90 € - free shipping on orders over 100€
  • European Union:  15,90 € - free shipping on orders over 200€
  • Rest:  9,90 € - free shipping on orders over 200€
How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll get an email with your tracking link.

Is my order subject to custom fees?

For orders outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are set by your local customs office and are calculated during your checkout.

Can I change the shipping address of my order?

Please contact us at support@mantlabel.com as quickly as possible. If your order is already processed or shipped, we can’t change the address anymore.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How does a return work?

You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please make sure they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Simply follow the instructions inside your package or contact us under support@mantlabel.com if you need help.

  • Germany: free returns
  • Outside Germany: return shipping costs are covered by the customer
When will I receive my refund?

As soon as we’ve received and checked your return, your refund will be processed. Depending on your payment method, it can take up to 7–10 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email once it’s done.

I have not received a refund after 14 days. What now?

If you haven’t received your refund after 14 days, please contact us at support@mantlabel.com with your order number and customer number so we can sort it out quickly.
